Hope Island Resort is a gated community with facilities such as a marina, half-Olympic pool, golf course, and tennis.
The golf course, Links Hope Island, is an 18-hole 72-par course. The course has natural and man-made hazards with 128 bunkers.
The main resort is Azzura Greens Resort. The resort has a beach lagoon pool, 20m lap pool, spa, gymnasium, and BBQ facilities.

To get there:
From the Bruce Hwy, take the exit for Hope Island Road (Exit 57) and head towards Hope Island. Follow Hope Island Rd for 4.1km and turn left at the roundabout onto Santa Barbara Rd with the brown sign for Sanctuary Cove. Follow Santa Barbara Rd for 750m and go straight ahead at the roundabout towards Sanctuary Cove. The road continues along a small lake on the right. Continue for 1.8km to arrive at the parking area for Sanctuary Cove Marine Village.
If coming from Harbour Town 
, Runaway Bay, Paradise Point, head north along Oxley Dr. The road narrows to a single lane each way and crosses over two bridges onto Hope Island. From the second bridge, the road becomes Broadwater Ave, continue for 2.9km and turn right at the roundabout onto Santa Barbara Rd with the brown sign for Sanctuary Cove. Follow Santa Barbara Rd for 750m and go straight ahead at the roundabout towards Sanctuary Cove. The road continues along a small lake on the right. Continue for 1.8km to arrive at the parking area for Sanctuary Cove Marine Village.
