The Big Murray Cod was built in celebration of the Lion Club’s 50th anniversary in 2015. The 6.5m tall fibreglass design was from a Lions Club Member, Peter Smith, who was inspired by a statue he saw in New Zealand.
You can find the Big Murray Cod at the Redmond Park rest stop. There are toilets, sheltered picnic tables, and a dump point.
