The Big Puzzle Pieces are three blocks of puzzle pieces at the front of Puzzles on Yabba in Imbil.
Puzzles on Yabba is an assembly of puzzle exhibits that have been created over more than two years, started in 2016.
On display is the world’s third largest puzzle by number of pieces, with 33,600 pieces, taking nearly 300 hours to complete.
Also on display is the world’s second largest puzzle, consisting of 40,320 pieces. The Memorable Disney Moments is 6.8 metres wide and 1.92 metres high and is a collage of 10 iconic Disney films. Bambi, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Dumbo, Fantasia, Peter Pan, Snow White, The Jungle Book, The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid.
The largest puzzle in the world, however not on display, is 48,000 pieces showing 24 travel destinations across the world including Australia with the city of Melbourne.
The puzzle displays are shown in different galleries, separated by the type of puzzles or themes. They include kids puzzles, 3D puzzles, movies and books, cars and trucks, and there’s even a glow in the dark display.
The big puzzle pieces are out the front and can be seen at any time without entry into Puzzles on Yabba. To see the amazing collection there is a small entry fee per adult and a flat fee for the whole family.
