Pure Artisan Cheese is located in Tamborine Mountain, just south of the Gallery Walk on Long Road. The cheeses are made using as close to traditional methods as possible, using pure milk sourced locally and pasteurizing themselves.
The cheeses made by Pure Artisan Cheese are mainly soft cheeses, including Camembert, Triple Cream Brie, Black Ash Tripple Cream Brie, Truffle Triple Cream Brie, and Washed Rind. They also make Blue Cheese and bolder Stilton/Shropshire type of blue.
The outlet is only open in the mornings during weekends including Friday. It located with the Fortitude Brewing Co, which opens later at 11am, providing some crossover time when cheese and beer can be enjoyed in the same visit.
