If you are looking for a whale watching vantage point, Eden Lookout showcases panoramic views across Twofold Bay. The lookout is on the northern headland of the bay, looking back towards Ben Boyd National Park on the southern headland.
Humpback whales often come into Twofold Bay, one of the only places along the coast they do this to rest, nurse and feed on their journey to Antarctica.
The lookout is a short way from the parking area in Rotary Park. The park has picnic tables (sheltered and unsheltered), free BBQs, toilets, and a playground.
