Mount Bundy Station was established in 1911, one of the first pastoral leases in the Top End of the Northern Territory. It borders with Litchfield National Park and Kakadu National Park, both famous NT destinations. Located on the banks of the Adelaide River an hour’s drive south of Darwin, Mount Bundy Station offers accommodation and is a wedding venue.
During the second world war the American forces set up an airbase at Mount Bundy for repairing bombers.
