The Mission Beach Visitor Centre is located on the beachfront of Mission Beach, a couple of hundred metres north of the Mission Beach village. It is an accredited visitor centre with a wealth of knowledge and advice for the local region.
Mission Beach is situated midway between Townsville and Cairns, made up of four beach villages with 14 kilometres of wide golden beaches. A beautiful beachside area with vibrant art, culture, and tourism attractions.

To Get There
The Mission Beach Information Centre is on the main road through Mission Beach, the Porter Promenade. It is on the coast, off the main highway between Tully and Innisfail.
From Tully, head north on the Bruce Hwy for 2.6km and turn right into Tully-Mission Beach Rd for the start of the southern end of Mission Beach Tourist Drive. Follow Tully-Mission Beach Rd for 23km to the end, then turn right onto El Arish-Mission Beach Rd. Follow El Arish-Mission Beach Rd for 2.3km and the Mission Beach Visitor Information Centre is on the right.
From Innisfail, head south on the Bruce Hwy and after crossing the bridge over the South Johnstone River, continue for 32.5km and turn left into El Arish-Mission Beach Rd (Cassowary Dr) towards Mission Beach, the start of the northern end of Mission Beach Tourist Drive. Follow El Arish-Mission Beach Rd for 16.2km and the Mission Beach Visitor Information Centre is on the right.
